Process of Admission
The process of admission begins with contacting the school to set up an appointment for a tour and information session. You will have the opportunity to see the children working in their environment and learn more about our programs. An information package which includes a Waitlist Form, General Information about the School, and School Year Calendar, and Tuition Fee Schedule will be provided.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions in place, we are not offering in-person tours at this time. Virtual 3D walkthroughs are available for each campus on our website.

Once we receive a completed Waitlist Form your child will be placed on the waitlist. You will receive an email confirmation that you have been entered into our Waitlist system. Please advise us as soon as possible if you no longer wish to remain on the waiting list.
OFFER OF A SPOT
The office will contact you once we have confirmed that a spot is available for your child. September admission decisions are made in March after currently enrolled students are given first option to re-enrol.
Space permitting, we accept enrollments throughout the year.
APPLICATION FORM & FEE
The Application Admission Form and $250 fee will be due when you have received a confirmation that a spot is available.
Upon receipt of your completed Application Form & Fee, the office will send you all the required registration documents. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration documentation together with a non-refundable Tuition Deposit by the date stated in the offer of admittance letter. All payments are made in accordance with our Tuition Statement and Contract Terms. Payments are made by post-dated cheques or pre-authorized debits to your account.
